The Opportunity We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and MLOps to develop and deploy AI solutions for Digital Pathology and Precision Oncology. The role involves end-to-end AI model development, deployment, and maintenance using modern cloud and MLOps technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize AI/Deep Learning models for Digital Pathology.
  • Build scalable ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment.
  • Implement MLOps workflows using Docker, DVC, Git, CI/CD, and AWS SageMaker.
  • Deploy and monitor AI models on cloud and on-prem GPU infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with pathologists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
  • Contribute to research, validation studies, and product commercialization.


Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and Computer Vision.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, DVC, and CI/CD.
  • Experience with AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3) or similar cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Linux and GPU-based model training.
  • Good understanding of machine learning model deployment and MLOps practices.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice to Have

  • Experience in Digital Pathology, Medical Imaging, or Healthcare AI.
  • Familiarity with Whole Slide Images (WSI), Foundation Models, FastAPI, MLflow, Airflow/Prefect.
  • B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Tech./ M.S. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML Engineering or MLOps.
