Machine Learning Engineer

We're currently looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives supporting one of our key clients.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of industry experience in Applied AI and Machine Learning (ML), inclusive of MS or PhD in relevant fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
• Solid Data Engineering fundamentals.
• AI/LLM Expertise: Experience working with modern AI/LLM workflows, including: Prompt Engineering, Hallucination Mitigation, Safety Guardrails, Online/Offline Testing, Training Drift, Inference Drift.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scalable Inference Stacks, Vector Search, MLOps, Kubeflow, Airflow, Spark, Ray, Kafka, Large-scale Data Streaming, Large-scale Data Processing.
• Production AI Systems: Experience contributing to the development, deployment, and monitoring of Production AI Systems, including: Personalization Engines, Generative Content Services, Generative AI Solutions.
• Exposure to: Drift Monitoring, Cost Monitoring, Latency Monitoring, Retraining Workflows
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver measurable AI impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML applications in the Payments domain.
