Senior Perception Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Perception Engineer, you will lead the development of advanced perception systems for autonomous platforms, ensuring high-fidelity environmental understanding. You will architect robust solutions for real-time object detection and tracking, enabling safe and intelligent decision-making in complex scenarios.

What You'll Do

• Architect and deploy production-grade perception pipelines for autonomous vehicle environments.
• Design sophisticated multi-sensor fusion frameworks to integrate data from LiDAR, cameras, and radar.
• Develop and optimize deep learning models for high-accuracy semantic segmentation and scene understanding.
• Enhance 3D object detection capabilities to maintain reliability in diverse and challenging operating conditions.
• Streamline sensor data processing workflows to meet the rigorous latency demands of real-time autonomous systems.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on computer vision or perception.
• Proven expertise in developing real-time perception pipelines for autonomy using C++ or Python.
• Advanced proficiency in PyTorch and sensor fusion techniques for LiDAR, camera, and radar.
• Hands-on experience with object detection, tracking, and semantic segmentation algorithms.
• Deep understanding of computer vision fundamentals and sensor data processing.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
