Generative AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Developer to join an AI Platform team responsible for building and maintaining AI foundations and shared platforms that support the organization, as well as delivering AI-powered solutions for real business use cases.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the full technology stack, taking ownership of solutions from initial design through to production. This is a hands-on engineering role combining AI/Agentic development, backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business use cases into complete, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions using modern agent frameworks and technologies.
• Build the necessary frontend and backend components to support AI-powered applications.
• Develop and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions where applicable.
• Work with AWS cloud infrastructure and services, following established architectural and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Continuously explore and adopt new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve solution capabilities and efficiency.

Requirements

• Solid and proven professional experience with AWS — mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, S3, and other core AWS services.
• Strong full-stack development capabilities, with experience across frontend and backend development.
• Ability to independently take ownership of a use case and deliver a solution from concept to production.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across different layers of a technical solution.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Amazon Bedrock and/or Amazon SageMaker.
• Experience with Strands or Agent Core.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures and solutions.
• Strong proficiency with other AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Previous experience working with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
