Senior AI/ML Engineer

Position Description

As a Senior AI Engineer with significant experience, you will lead and mentor junior

developers on projects while contributing to various development tasks. These

responsibilities include coding, data analysis, and participating in the design and

implementation of software solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities

To excel in this role, you should showcase exceptional creativity and innovation, perform

well under pressure and possess outstanding communication skills. The ideal Senior

Developer will have a wealth of experience in software development, the ability to meet

deadlines effectively, and strong analytical capabilities.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in Core AI Development, including modeling.
• Strong expertise in enterprise level cross platform integration within AI Development is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Robust technical experience in coding.
• Foundational knowledge of AI with practical exposure to business applications and production environments.
• Experience in AI Engineering, including:

Mathematical and statistical programming, complex data structures, and algorithm analysis.

ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data analysis, and visual storytelling.

Feature engineering, reduction, and selection.

Hypothesis experimentation, model building, tuning, evaluation, and selection.

AI engineering operations and pipeline development, as well as cross platform and enterprise system integration.

Applied research and development.

• Experience with technical architecture responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and effective time management.
• Candidate must be open to work at least 2-3 times a week in Taguig
