Hiring: Technical Product Lead / Solution Architect – Software, Edge & Systems Integration

Location - Cyberjaya

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Product Lead / Solution Architect to own end-to-end technical delivery — from requirements and system analysis to architecture, PoCs, development, integration, deployment, and production support.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business, software, robotics, electrical/electronics, hardware suppliers, and end users while also getting hands-on with technology.

🔧 What You’ll Own

• Translate business & operational requirements into technical specifications, user stories and system flows

• Own technical product priorities, backlog, integrations, maintenance and delivery milestones

• Design end-to-end architectures across Frontend, Backend, APIs, Databases, AWS, Edge,

Networking & Hardware

• Lead technical feasibility studies, technology evaluations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs)

• Guide development, integration, testing, deployment and troubleshooting

• Work with robotics/electrical teams to integrate robot telemetry, status, alarms and controls into applications

• Lead technical workstreams across software, cloud, hardware and systems integration

• Support technical hiring, interviews, team building and mentoring

• Work with suppliers on hardware selection, compatibility, protocols, PoCs and technical evaluation

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Software Engineering, Technical Product Ownership, Systems Integration, Solution Architecture or similar hands-on roles

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, system architecture, APIs, databases, networking and deployment

• Strong practical experience with Linux/Ubuntu

• Hands-on Python experience with exposure to Flutter/Dart and/or React

• Experience with AWS, Docker, Nginx, SSL/domain configuration and production environments

• Experience with edge computing, IoT, robotics, industrial systems or hardware-software integration is highly preferred

• Working knowledge of ROS/ROS2 and integrating robotics data with backend/frontend systems

• Experience with PostgreSQL/MongoDB and real-time telemetry/data interfaces

• Ability to independently analyse problems, compare solutions, define architecture and validate PoCs

• Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership and problem-solving skills

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Robotics, IT or a related technical discipline.
