Job Description

• Collaborate with the offshore team to develop solutions, prepare documentation, and discuss and propose solutions to clients.
• Communicate and work directly with Japanese clients, and convey requirements and information to the offshore team.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between clients and the technical team in Vietnam.
• Participate in the following project phases: Presale/Requirement/Design/Development/Testing
• Support the review of design and technical documents prepared by the offshore team.
• Location: Tokyo, Osaka

Qualifications

Language Skills

• Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above.
• Strong communication skills with Japanese clients, including meetings, email correspondence, and documentation.

Technical Skills

• Experience in building AI Agents.
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with LLM API integration and programming is a plus.
• Python experience is an advantage.

Experience

• Experience in migration and automation projects.
• Previous experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) is a plus.
