AI/ML Engineer

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to build scalable, high-performance AI models that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions
• Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference
• Work on supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, or computer vision use cases
• Evaluate, tune, and improve model performance
• Deploy models into production and collaborate with MLOps teams
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Document models, experiments, and processes

• 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics
• Experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
• Knowledge of SQL and data handling techniques
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Exposure to MLOps tools and practices
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and containerization
