Graphics Engineer at BairesDev

As a Graphics Engineer, you will design and develop high-performance rendering pipelines and visual effects for games and real-time visualizations. You will translate artistic vision into technical reality by optimizing GPU performance and implementing advanced shader techniques to ensure seamless, high-fidelity graphical experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain production-grade rendering pipelines using OpenGL, Vulkan, or DirectX.
• Develop and optimize complex shaders to achieve specific visual effects and lighting models.
• Perform deep GPU profiling and optimization to ensure high frame rates across various hardware configurations.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art real-time rendering techniques and algorithms.
• Collaborate with technical artists and engine developers to define graphical standards and performance budgets.
• Debug and resolve complex low-level graphical issues and hardware-specific rendering bugs.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Game Development or Graphics Engineering.
• Proven expertise in developing rendering pipelines and visual effects.
• Advanced proficiency in shader programming and GPU optimization.
• Hands-on experience with graphics APIs such as OpenGL, Vulkan, or DirectX.
• Strong understanding of real-time graphics for games and visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
