As a Speech Engineer, you will develop advanced speech recognition and synthesis systems to power next-generation voice AI. You will work at the intersection of signal processing and machine learning, ensuring that acoustic and language models deliver high-fidelity, natural interactions across diverse applications.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement state-of-the-art Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) models.
• Develop and optimize acoustic and language models to improve transcription accuracy and synthesis naturalness.
• Apply audio signal processing techniques to enhance voice data quality and handle environmental noise or accents.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to bring cutting-edge speech recognition concepts into production-grade implementations.
• Monitor and refine deployed speech systems to ensure high performance and reliability in real-world scenarios.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Speech Engineering, Audio Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Proven expertise in developing and optimizing Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems.
• Proficiency in working with acoustic models, language models, and audio signal processing for voice AI.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks applied to audio data and speech recognition.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
