• Proven experience in AI development, machine learning, and data-driven technologies
• Strong technical leadership with a hands-on mindset
• Experience implementing AI solutions in creative or marketing environments is a plus
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate business and creative needs into technical solutions

Your Ongoing Tasks Will Include

• Lead the development and implementation of AI tools across the agency
• Identify opportunities where AI can drive innovation, efficiency, and creative excellence
• Build, manage, and mentor a tight tech eam as we scale
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to embed AI in workflows
• Stay at the forefront of AI developments and experiment with emerging technologies
