SEO Analyst (Seasonal)

Work Setup: Remote Contract Type: Full Time Target Start: ASAP Schedule:8AM- 5PM PST Equipment provision: BYOD (Bring your own device) Job Summary:The SEO Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic. What does a day in the life of an SEO Analyst look like? - Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic - Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and optimize content - Implement on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing meta tags, headers, URLs, and content - Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions to improve website performance, crawlability, and indexing - Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content - Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine rankings - Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools - Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the market - Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs - Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules - Collaborate with other departments as needed - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times - Perform other duties as assigned What are the required qualifications of an SEO Analyst? - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience - At least 1 year of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets - Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. - Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Preferred Qualifications: - Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors - 3+ months Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus Ninja Perks and Benefits *Full time employees - Competitive compensation - Adherence to government-mandated benefits - Retirement Savings Program with Company Matching - Life Insurance - HMO on day 1 - Paid time off, birthday leave - Bonus and incentive plans - Opportunities for skills training and personal and professional development - Employee Referral Program Experience infinite fun so you can have infinite growth.
