Role Overview
We are looking for a Control Engineer to develop, install, commission, and support industrial automation systems. The role involves PLC programming, electrical and mechanical installations, machine vision integration, server configuration, and project execution at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs and automation systems.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and camera installations.
• Configure industrial servers, HMIs, and networking devices.
• Execute cable routing, wiring, and field device connections.
• Install and integrate machine vision systems with production equipment.
• Support system commissioning, FAT, SAT, and production startup.
• Manage factory automation projects and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot PLC, electrical, networking, and automation issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and installation records.
• Provide onsite customer support and training when required.
Required Qualifications
• Preferred candidates with backgrounds in Robotics Engineering, Industrial Mechatronics, Automotive Systems, Robotics & Autonomous Systems, Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronic Systems Engineering.
• Experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.).
• Knowledge about industrial automation, electrical wiring, and control panels.
• Knowledge of machine vision/camera systems and industrial networking.
• Experience with server configuration and commissioning of automation systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel for onsite installations and customer support

• HMI/SCADA development
• Machine Vision (Cognex, Keyence, Omron, OpenCV)
• Industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA)
• Robotics and Industry 4.0 exposure
