Role Description
-Perform scheduled documentation visits at commercial construction projects.
-Capture high-resolution progress photography according to established standards.
-Operate 360° cameras to create virtual project walkthroughs.
-Perform terrestrial laser scanning using Leica or equivalent equipment.
-Conduct drone flights (FAA Part 107 certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
-Verify documentation completeness and quality before leaving each project.
-Upload, organize, and process captured data within Multivista's cloud platform.
-Maintain consistent naming conventions and documentation standards.
-Coordinate site access with project managers, superintendents, and owners.
-Maintain project schedules and communicate any changes or site issues.
-Ensure equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and operational.
-Follow all company safety policies and client site safety requirements.
-Travel regularly to construction sites throughout the assigned territory.
Salary: $38,000-$40,000/year to start

Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
-Experience working in commercial construction, engineering, surveying, architecture, photography, or related technical field.
-Strong computer skills.
-Experience with Microsoft Office.
-Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
-Ability to pass client-required background checks if necessary.
