- ce.Integrate cameras, optical components, measurement instruments, motion systems, software, and manufacturing equipme
- nt.Partner with Development, Quality, IT, Engineering, and Operations to define requirements and integrate solutio
- ns.Transition new technology from proof of concept to production-ready syste
- ms.Analyze system data, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement improvemen
- ts.Create system specifications, operating procedures, and software documentati
- on.Train engineering, maintenance, and operations teams on deployed syste
- ms.Provide remote and onsite technical support as need
ed.
Required Qualificat
- ionsBachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree preferred in Optical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fi
- eld.At least seven years of relevant experie
- nce.Hands-on experience with optical systems, imaging hardware, cameras, and measurement instrume
- nts.Strong programming skills in Python and/or
- C#.Experience with machine vision methods such as edge detection, blob analysis, morphology, feature extraction, and classificat
- ion.Experience training CNNs and applying traditional machine-learning techniq
- ues.Experience retrieving, analyzing, plotting, and interpreting data using Python, MATLAB, or Ex
- cel.Experience with OpenCV, HALCON, LabVIEW, or similar development to
- ols.Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving ski
lls.
