Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Scientist for a full-time, on-site role at our Heath, OH location. The Scientist will lead research projects, design and conduct experiments, analyze and interpret data, prepare research reports, and contribute to publications. The role includes developing innovative solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to regulatory and ethical standards in all scientific activities. The Scientist will contribute to the advancement of neuroscience and regenerative medicine through critical and strategic experimentation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Experimental Design, Data Analysis, and Scientific Research
• Skills in Molecular Biology, Cell Culture Techniques, and Microscopy for biologists and optics, photonics, sensors technology for wearables
• Proficiency in Report Writing and Scientific Publications
• Experience in Laboratory Techniques, Process Optimization, and Equipment Calibration
• Strong Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Collaboration Skills
• Ability to adhere to Regulatory and Ethical Standards in scientific work
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Biology, Biotechnology, Engineering, Chemical Physics, Sensors, Optics, Wearables, Artificial Intelligence or a related field
• Prior experience in regenerative medicine, biosensor development, wearables is a plus
• Prior experience in program coordination, human resources skills (HR) and Information Technology (IT) is a plus
