Software Engineer (TensorFlow) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in TensorFlow, you will design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and deep learning models. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into intelligent features, ensuring high-performance model execution across diverse production environments.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and train large-scale machine learning models using TensorFlow and Keras.
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines utilizing TensorFlow Extended (TFX) for data validation and transformation.
• Optimize model performance for specific hardware targets, including TPU and mobile environments via TensorFlow Lite.
• Deploy and manage high-performance model inference services using TensorFlow Serving.
• Collaborate with data scientists and infrastructure teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable products.
• Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficient resource utilization.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or Data Science.
• Proven expertise in developing ML pipelines and models using TensorFlow and TFX.
• Proficiency in model serving and optimization using TensorFlow Serving or TensorFlow Lite.
• Deep understanding of Keras and TPU optimization for high-performance model training.
• Strong background in building and scaling end-to-end machine learning workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
