AI Engineer

To be successful in the role, we're looking for:

• Experience building shipping AI features and/or systems in production at scale.
• Proficient with RAG, vector databases, memory systems, tool calling, LLM as a judge and guardrails.
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals.
• Backend API development, preferably with NodeJS and NoSQL databases.
• Experience managing large and/or complex datasets, messy incomplete or time-series.
• Strong collaboration skills, speaking with technical and non technical stakeholders.
