About the Role

We are looking for motivated software engineers with strong technical foundations who are eager to build a career in embedded and safety-critical software development.

Candidates from Automotive, Telecom, Industrial Automation, SCADA, Embedded Systems, or similar sectors are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software modules using C/C++.
• Participate in software integration and testing activities.
• Investigate and resolve software defects.
• Contribute to technical documentation.
• Work closely with senior engineers and technical leads.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in the same position
• Good knowledge of C/C++ programming.
• Understanding of embedded systems fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in embedded software development.
• Knowledge of RTOS environments.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies.
• Exposure to Automotive, Telecom, Aerospace, Industrial Control, or SCADA systems.
• Basic knowledge of railway systems.

Training

A comprehensive onboarding and technical development program will be provided covering railway applications, ETCS fundamentals, safety-critical development practices, and company engineering processes.
