Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain test strategies for AI-powered products, APIs, and web applications.
- Build and improve automation frameworks using Python.
- Develop UI automation using Selenium and/or Playwright.
- Create and maintain automated API and end-to-end test coverage.
- Integrate automated tests into GitHub Actions pipelines.
- Support test execution on GCP instances.
- Validate releases across DEV, ACP, and PROD environments.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, context adherence, and business usefulness.
- Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure quality is measured against real business needs.
- Contribute to shift-left quality practices, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, or systems testing.
- Strong Python scripting and automation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Playwright.
- Solid background in API testing and automated regression.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing, preferably on GCP.
- Understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, LLM behavior, prompt testing, or RAG is a strong plus.
- Ability to think beyond acceptance criteria and evaluate product quality from a business perspective.
- Experience testing chatbot, or workflow applications.
- Exposure to AI evaluation methods or LLM benchmarking.
- Experience with DEV / ACP / PROD release flows.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent quality training.
- Experience testing SDKs, orchestration layers, or cloud-native applications.
- Work on advanced AI products with real business impact.
- Help shape the quality strategy of a growing AI platform.
- Work in a modern engineering setup with Python, GitHub Actions, and GCP.
