AI Team Leader

- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and researchers across multiple projects.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and systems.

- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals and product strategy.

- Architect solutions involving computer vision, NLP, agentic AI, and multi-agent systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and engineering to deliver impactful AI solutions.

- Ensure best practices in MLOps, model governance, and reproducibility.

- Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and support career development of team members.

- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and research, and evaluate their applicability to business needs.
