Job Title: Automation & Robotic Engineer

Level: Deputy Department Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Able to work at ITC1, Songkla and ITC2, Samutsakorn area
2. Hands-on in Robotic programing and troubleshooting, preferably in ABB robot (Manipulated and Cartesian type of robot)
3. Hands-on in PLC, HMI Programming and troubleshooting, preferably in SIEMENS, Beckhoff is advantage
4. Proficient understanding of electrical schematics and control system circuit diagram
5. Pneumatic diagram understandable with electrical components (solenoid valve, actuator and sensor)
6. Ability to learn and understand the manufacturing process
7. Back up and Manage PLC, HMI and Robotic programs for the plant in a good discipline
8. PC base automation is an advantage
9. Vison System (Cognex, Omron and Keyence)
10. SCADA solution lead or support
11. IIoT, Vision Recognition AI (YOLO, Open AI) is an advantage
12. ASRS/ RGV system is an advantage
13. Contractor Management, TOR/ RFQ
14. MES is an advantage
15. Industrial Communication Network (Profibus, Profinet, Ethercat and Fiberoptic)
16. Hands-on in electrical wiring modification for small demand like machine interlocking and modification, medium and large will be done by supplier under this position management
17. Project Integration experiences in electrical and control system parts\
18. Cost reduction contribution to the improvement team if there is programming concern

Qualifications:

1. Education B.Eng. of Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering Ongoing master’s degree will not be considered
2. Experience in Food and beverage industries
3. At least 5 years of working experience in Automation and Robotics Engineering
4. Experience in PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting.
5. Hands-on experience with SIEMENS PLC/HMI systems is preferred.
6. Experience with Beckhoff systems will be considered an advantage.
