PRODUCT MANAGER

Job Description

CelebriOS is a software company building B2B SaaS products that help businesses make better decisions, streamline operations, and get more value from their data. Our products combine practical business workflows with intuitive technology designed for everyday use.

You will join the team building our new mid-market analytics platform and take ownership of a key product area from discovery through launch and iteration. Working closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams, you will help define what we build, why it matters, and how we measure whether it is delivering value for customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the roadmap and product direction for a defined area of the analytics platform

• Lead customer discovery and translate customer needs, feedback, and market signals into clear product requirements

• Work closely with engineering and design throughout the product development cycle rather than treating handoff as the end of the process

• Define measurable outcomes and success criteria before launching new features, then evaluate results after release

• Prioritize opportunities based on customer value, business impact, evidence, and engineering effort

• Make clear trade-offs and communicate what the team is not building and why

• Partner with sales and customer success to provide product context and support customer conversations

• Use product analytics and qualitative feedback to continuously improve the product roadmap

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B software or SaaS

• A track record of owning and shipping meaningful product outcomes from discovery through launch

• Strong product judgment and a clear approach to prioritization and trade-offs

• Comfortable challenging assumptions and saying no when the evidence does not support an idea

• Ability to define meaningful product metrics and use data to evaluate hypotheses

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of how product decisions translate into business value

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with analytics, data, reporting, or business intelligence products

• Technical or engineering background

• Experience with product-led growth

• Previous B2B SaaS experience serving mid-market customers

• Familiarity with data-intensive workflows or complex business software

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$120,000-$150,000 determined based on experience, product expertise, and overall fit for the role.

Salary Range: 120,000 - 150,000 USD (gross, annually)
