Enterprise AI Solutions Engineer

Location: Zurich
Start Date: Autumn 2026
 
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architectures
• Design, configure, and implement enterprise technology solutions aligned to customer objectives
• Integrate applications, data sources, APIs, and third-party systems to support end-to-end business processes
• Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design activities
• Support deployment, testing, performance optimization, and issue resolution activities
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and best-practice recommendations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced platform utilization

• Experience delivering enterprise software, cloud, data, or automation solutions
• Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, databases, and enterprise architecture concepts
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#
• Experience working with cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with data engineering, workflow automation, analytics, and modern AI technologies
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production support
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
