AI Specialist (Implementation & Automation)

As an AI Specialist (Implementation & Automation) at Generation Auto Group, you will help identify, build, implement, and optimize practical AI solutions across our growing automotive dealership group. This hands-on role will focus on using artificial intelligence, automation, system integrations, and workflow optimization to improve sales processes, customer follow-up, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience.

We are looking for someone who can take AI beyond ideas and put it into action by developing scalable solutions, automating repetitive processes, integrating AI tools into existing systems, and identifying new opportunities to improve how our dealerships operate. The ideal candidate is technically capable, solutions-driven, and excited about using emerging technology to deliver measurable, real-world business results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities across sales, customer engagement, and operations
• Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and tools (including Azure AI / OpenAI)
• Integrate solutions with existing systems (CRM, DMS, Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Train teams and drive adoption
• Measure results and continuously improve performance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience implementing AI solutions in a business setting
• Hands-on skills with modern AI tools and automation platforms
• Ability to connect AI systems to existing business software
• Strong communication skills and comfort training non-technical users
• Self-directed with a focus on shipping working solutions

Preferred

• Experience in automotive, sales, or customer-facing businesses
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, or similar platforms
