We are seeking a AI/ML Engineer with experience in the financial domain to design, develop, and deploy anomaly detection solutions that identify fraud, financial risks, unusual transactions, and operational irregularities. The ideal candidate combines strong machine learning expertise with a solid understanding of financial data and analytics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop machine learning models for anomaly detection across financial datasets.
  • Build scalable data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of financial transactions.
  • Develop and optimize supervised and unsupervised learning models for fraud detection and risk identification.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
  • Perform feature engineering, model validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of deployed models.
  • Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Analyze model performance and provide actionable insights to improve financial risk management processes.
  • Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained.


Required Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience with anomaly detection techniques, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge of financial services, banking, payments, fraud detection, or risk analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and large-scale data processing frameworks such as Spark.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is preferred.
