We’re working with an early-stage, high-growth AI technology company in New York City that is looking to hire Founding Full-Stack Engineers to join its small, senior founding team.

The company is building the operating system for GTM execution - an API-first Context API that enables AI agents to enrich, validate, deduplicate, and sequence data across 40+ go-to-market data providers through a single API.

Backed by $3.3M in pre-seed funding and experiencing approximately 100% month-over-month growth, the company is already seeing strong enterprise traction with customers including Modal and Composio.

This is a high-ownership founding engineering opportunity for someone who wants to build products from the ground up, work directly with customers, and help shape both the technology and product roadmap.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own business problems end-to-end: form hypotheses, experiment, iterate, and ship
• Build and scale agentic and automation systems that turn customer feedback into actionable product improvements
• Write and ship production code daily while using and managing coding agents effectively
• Work extensively with Claude Code and AI coding agents to accelerate engineering workflows
• Turn raw customer feedback into product direction and help shape a fast-moving 2–3-month product roadmap
• Extend the company's Context API and build integrations across 40+ GTM data providers
• Design, build, and maintain full-stack production systems across Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL
• Work with data access, modeling, pipelines, and integrations across complex data systems
• Make architectural and technical decisions with a strong focus on speed, reliability, and business impact
• Collaborate directly with the founding team and take ownership of ambiguous technical and product challenges
• Build systems that enable AI agents and automation to solve real-world GTM problems
• Iterate quickly based on customer feedback, usage, and measurable outcomes
• Contribute to a highly hands-on engineering culture where engineers own problems rather than simply closing tickets

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience building production software systems
• Strong evidence of career velocity, such as promotions, increasing scope, or rapidly growing ownership
• Strong full-stack engineering experience across Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL
• Strong understanding of data access, data modelling, pipelines, and data-driven systems
• Heavy hands-on experience using Claude Code or other AI coding agents
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to reason from first principles
• Experience taking products or features from concept through production
• Comfortable working with significant ambiguity and taking ownership without extensive direction
• Strong product and business sense, with the ability to connect engineering work to customer outcomes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high level of ownership
• Strong communication skills and intellectual curiosity

Nice to Have

• Previous founder or startup experience
• Experience at a high-bar engineering organization such as Meta or another top-tier technology company
• Strong academic pedigree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Data engineering or data science background
• Experience building AI, LLM, agentic, or automation systems
• A standout side project with measurable traction, such as significant GitHub adoption, users, or revenue
• Experience building 0→1 products or joining an early-stage company
• Experience working directly with customers to translate feedback into product decisions
• Demonstrated ability to move quickly and take on increasing scope
