AI Automation Engineer (Make.com / n8n)

Remote (US) or Bothell, WA (Hybrid)

  • Full-time

Build and ship automation pipelines across MCTechnology's product suite. Make.com + n8n + Supabase + Twilio + Claude API. Live work includes MCTResto catering flows, MCT SalesIQ prospect research, and PathAI scraper pipelines.

Job Description

About the role Most of MCTechnology's products run on automation glue — Make.com scenarios, n8n workflows, Supabase triggers, Twilio webhooks, and Claude-powered agents stitched together into real, revenue-generating systems. The Aroma catering automation (Google Form → Sheets → Make.com → Gmail) is live. MCT SalesIQ runs on Firecrawl + Supabase. PathAI's daily scrapers hit GitHub Actions at 7AM PDT. We need a dedicated automation engineer to own this layer. You'll build new pipelines for new clients, harden existing ones, and turn one-off automations into repeatable templates we can sell. What you'll do - Build and maintain Make.com and n8n pipelines across MCTResto, MCT SalesIQ, MCT Realty, and new client engagements - Onboard new SMB clients with automation workflows — lead capture, CRM sync, notifications, AI-powered replies - Integrate Twilio (SMS, voice, missed-call-to-text) into client workflows - Design webhook-based integrations between Supabase, Google Workspace, Gmail, Slack, and third-party APIs - Wrap Claude API calls into automation steps — summarization, categorization, drafting, qualification - Turn bespoke client automations into productized templates MCTResto / SalesIQ can resell - Document flows so the team can support and scale them - Monitor pipelines; catch failures before clients do Tech stack you'll use Make.com
