■About the Position

As a Generative AI Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will bridge the gap between frontier AI products and production-grade reality within customer environments. You will architect, code, and debug bespoke agentic solutions, while providing critical feedback to the future product roadmap.

■Responsibilities

・Developing production-grade agentic workflows from rapid prototypes

・Architecting connections between AI products and live customer infrastructure

・Building high-performance evaluation and observability frameworks

・Converting field insights into reusable modules or feature requests

・Collaborating with customer engineering teams to instill best practices

・Solving complex integration, data readiness, and state-management issues

■Requirements

・Experience building production-grade AI solutions using Python or TypeScript

・Experience in applied AI (RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning)

・Experience architecting and deploying solutions on Cloud Platforms

・Master’s or PhD in AI/Computer Science is preferred

・Japanese: Fluent level

・English: Fluent level
