Machine Learning Engineer (AI Specialist)

We are scaling our AI team to build production-grade machine learning systems that power accounting automation for enterprise clients.

This is not a research-only role.

This is not a maintenance-only role.

You will design, implement, and deploy AI models (CV / NLP / LLM) that operate in real business environments and handle large-scale document and financial data.

You’ll work closely with in-house research scientists and engineers to bring advanced AI — including document intelligence and generative models — into production systems used daily by major companies.

Nice to Have:

• Strong experience implementing ML models in Python
• Background in Computer Vision or NLP
• Ability to read and reproduce research papers
• Business-level Japanese
• LLM development experience
• Research publications or PhD
• OSS contributions
