Salary: up to JP¥12,000,000 annually

Location: Tokyo

The Role

Leverage your data and AI skills to work on AI projects such as generative AI, image AI, and predictive AI, and develop AI solutions. For candidates without prior AI development experience, we will support you in catching up on necessary skills as long as you have Python experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Algorithm development and AI model tuning, along with peripheral development (e.g., data processing, pipeline development, RAG, etc.)
• Delivery in collaboration with FPT experts
• Collaborating with FPT's global teams, affiliated organizations, and partners to explore new services and solutions
• Promoting capabilities and accumulating assets for internal and external stakeholders
• Researching the latest technologies and exploring solutions (including hands-on practice)

What We're Looking For

• Must possess AI-related technical skills (Generative AI, Image AI, Predictive AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc.)
• Experience with Nvidia GPUs (CUDA, NeMo, NIM, etc.)
• Experience with Generative AI (RAG, Fine Tuning, Reinforcement Learning, Quantization, etc.)
• Experience working with overseas companies or foreign colleagues
• Business-level English proficiency
• Agile development experience
• Offshore development experience
• Experience using AI for requirement gathering, document generation, or design support; or willingness to learn if inexperienced
• Experience applying AI to improve business efficiency and quality
• Experience in AI system design, or interest and basic understanding of the topic
• Must have Python programming experience
• Business Japanese proficiency
• Must be able to communicate with clients and with internal business department
