AI Engineer - Infra/Platform

Join a team building the next generation of AI-powered enterprise applications. You'll design, build, and deploy production AI systems that help customers automate complex workflows, retrieve knowledge, and make better decisions using large-scale enterprise data.

What You'll Do

• Build production AI applications using LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and enterprise data.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems that coordinate models, tools, enterprise workflows, and external data sources.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud-native AI infrastructure.
• Develop AI evaluation, testing, benchmarking, and observability frameworks to ensure production AI systems are reliable, accurate, and scalable.
• Design, prototype, deploy, and monitor AI solutions from concept through production.
• Partner with product, engineering, and domain experts to solve complex enterprise problems.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute reusable AI frameworks and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of software engineering, AI, or machine learning experience.
• Strong backend engineering skills in Python, Go, C#, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building production AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, MCP, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience building or owning AI evaluation, benchmarking, observability, or monitoring frameworks for production AI systems.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD, and MLOps/LLMOps.
• Comfortable owning projects end to end in a fast-moving environment.
