Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Research emerging AI, ML, generative AI, and agentic architectures.
• Design and develop LLM and agentic AI proof-of-concept applications.
• Help evolve successful AI prototypes into scalable production solutions.
• Build APIs and integrations connecting AI models, applications, tools, and enterprise data.
• Evaluate third-party AI technologies for technical fit, scalability, and business value.
• Develop approaches for model evaluation, safety, and operational readiness.
• Support data preparation and synthetic data generation for AI experimentation.
• Contribute to AI architecture and cloud-based AI workflow design.

Role Requirements

• Strong Python programming and software engineering skills.
• Hands-on experience developing LLM or generative AI applications.
• Experience designing AI or ML system architectures.
• Experience with major LLM ecosystems such as OpenAI, Google AI, or Anthropic.
• Strong API development and integration experience.
• Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-based AI architectures.
• Experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation.
• Experience deploying AI or ML workloads in AWS.
• Ability to move between rapid prototyping and production-oriented engineering.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Databricks and S3.
• Experience with LangChain, ADK, or comparable agent frameworks.
• Hands-on agentic AI development.
• Synthetic data generation experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Claude Code.
