AI Engineer

Insight Global is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join a large enterprise organization focused on developing, deploying, and scaling next-generation AI solutions. This individual will play a key role in building and operationalizing custom AI and machine learning models that power an enterprise-grade agentic AI platform.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with deep experience across the AI/ML lifecycle, from data preparation and model development to deployment, monitoring, and optimization within cloud environments. This role will be heavily focused on delivering production-ready AI systems, implementing modern agent architectures, and building integrations that allow AI agents to interact seamlessly with enterprise systems.

This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies including Amazon SageMaker, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, MCP (Model Context Protocol), multi-agent orchestration frameworks, and emerging AI infrastructure patterns.

Compensation:

$58-68/hr
