Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 1+ year of experience building AI agents, AI workflows, or agentic applications.
- Strong proficiency with:
- Microsoft AI Foundry
- Microsoft Fabric
- Microsoft Copilot technologies
- Azure AI Services
- Azure OpenAI
- Strong backend development experience in .NET (C#) or Python.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of LLM concepts including:
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG
- Tool Calling
- Function Calling
- Vector Search
- Semantic Search
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience building multi-agent systems.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar.
- Experience with Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Azure Functions.
- Knowledge of enterprise AI governance and Responsible AI practices.
- Experience deploying AI applications to production.
- Familiarity with React or modern web frameworks is a plus but not required.
