Our international IT Hub in Sofia, Bulgaria, is growing, and we’re looking for talented individuals to join us in the AI Developer position. You’ll be part of an international team, working in a vibrant environment that encourages the exchange of knowledge and ideas both onsite and offsite.

Your Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and drive implementation from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
• Design and develop AI applications, agents, and automation solutions using Python, Azure, and modern software engineering practices.
• Implement RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, and LLM-based workflows to create reliable enterprise AI applications.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing business and IT landscapes.
• Ensure solution quality through testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, and adherence to security and architecture standards.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI technologies, frameworks, and development approaches to continuously improve the organization’s AI capabilities.

Your Profile:

• You hold a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in computer science, data science, or a similar field.
• You have profound knowledge of at least one relevant programming language. Ideally, you are proficient in Python and experienced in software development, including version control, testing and CI/CD.
• You have practical experience with cloud-based AI development, preferably on Microsoft Azure, including AI services, APIs and application deployment
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as TypeScript, Vue.js or React is a bonus
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks
• Understanding the principles of NLP, LLMs, Deep Learning and experience with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• You are familiar with methods of agile project management.
• The ability to work in English is required. Speaking German is a plus.
