🎯 Are you a Python developer ready to go beyond code- to solve real business problems with AI?

Join our international AI & Data team, where you’ll help design and implement intelligent solutions that drive measurable impact for global clients.

You’ll combine your technical expertise with consulting skills to deliver AI-powered products - from chatbots and analytics tools to automation and data-driven decision systems.

💼What you bring:

• 2–3 years of hands-on Python development experience, ideally within AI, data, or backend applications.
• Graduated in Bachelor/master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (Git, REST APIs, data structures, testing).
• Excellent consulting and communication skills- you will engage clients, ask insightful questions, and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Curiosity and knowledge or exposure to Core AI concepts (machine learning, NLP, generative AI, or automation).
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and collaboration.
• Fluent English (spoken & written) and native speaking bulgarian
• Must be based in Sofia

• Develop and deploy scalable solutions using Python and low-code AI tools such as Cognigy and cloud-based automation platforms.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions.
• Support the design and implementation of Core AI components (NLP models, machine learning pipelines, automation workflows).
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and consultants to integrate AI models into real-world applications.
• Contribute to client workshops, demos, and documentation, communicating technical concepts in a clear, professional way.
