Summary:

We are looking for an innovative Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade multi-agent systems that leverage modern AI technologies to solve complex business challenges.

This role requires a strong systems-thinking mindset and the ability to architect autonomous AI ecosystems where agents collaborate, reason, utilize tools, and operate reliably at scale.

Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end agent architectures, defining roles, workflows, tool access, and human-in-the-loop interactions

Build and maintain MCP servers, tool registries, and agent integration frameworks

Develop advanced agent workflows including orchestration, routing, handoffs, parallel execution, and recovery mechanisms

Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

Establish observability frameworks including logging, tracing, monitoring, and anomaly detection

Define governance models, guardrails, escalation procedures, and AI compliance practices

Ensure reliability, scalability, explainability, and performance optimization of production AI systems

Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of software engineering experience using Python and/or Java

Experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments

Strong understanding of distributed systems and software architecture

Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines and retrieval systems

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK

Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or pgvector

Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or enterprise AI governance

Background in conversational AI and autonomous systems
