Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist to bridge the gap between business needs and AI-driven solutions across our global trading operations. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and automation. You will be responsible for integrating AI tools into daily workflows, building custom automation solutions, and empowering business, marketing, and partnership teams with intelligent tools. The ideal candidate is a practitioner with deep expertise in LLM applications, workflow automation, and cross-functional collaboration—someone who can translate complex business challenges into elegant, scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Needs Analysis & AI Strategy:

• Rapidly develop a deep understanding of trading operations, client lifecycle, cross-departmental processes, and business models across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation and adoption of AI solutions tailored to various business functions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, identifying high-impact opportunities for AI integration.

Workflow Automation & Integration:

• Develop AI-driven workflows to optimize cross-departmental collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Build tools for automated information extraction and distillation from internal communication channels (e.g., Lark, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Design and implement intelligent ticketing systems with automated anomaly detection and escalation workflows.
• Configure and manage API integrations with internal systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing platforms, business intelligence dashboards).

Marketing & Partnership Enablement:

• Explore and expand AI applications in marketing and IB/partnership management, developing tools for client acquisition, campaign optimization, and partner relationship management.
• Implement automated content generation for client communications, marketing collateral, and partner support materials.

Custom AI Tool Development & Efficiency:

• Build and deploy turnkey, customized AI tools, rapidly prototyping concepts from leadership vision to fully functional products.
• Develop automation scripts and AI agents to replace repetitive, high-latency manual tasks, including data retrieval, web scraping, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to maximize team productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Cross-disciplinary background with experience in both AI/data and financial services. Prior experience in trading, brokerage, or fintech is highly preferred.
• Proven hands-on experience with LLM application development, including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI Agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
• Strong proficiency in Python, with advanced capabilities in web scraping (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Scrapy) and data processing (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience integrating with APIs such as collaboration platforms (Lark/Slack API), ticketing systems (Jira API), and BI/data warehousing solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to extract core issues from complex, unstructured information and design closed-loop solutions.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to seamlessly translate between business language and technical language.
• Full professional fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL databases, or financial data reconciliation logic.
• Proven experience successfully deploying AI solutions in Marketing, CRM, or IB/partner management functions.
• Experience in online trading, brokerage operations, or financial services automation.
