GenAI Developer

About The Role

We are looking for a talented Generative AI Developer to design, build, and deploy applications powered by large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI technologies. You will work on cutting-edge AI solutions such as chatbots, copilots, content generation, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Build prompt engineering and prompt optimization strategies
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Integrate vector databases for semantic search (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs where required
• Develop APIs and microservices for GenAI solutions
• Collaborate with AI/ML, data, and product teams
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of GenAI systems

• 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or software development
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, etc.)
• Experience working with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs or similar
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts and transformer models
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings
• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend development

• Experience with fine-tuning open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps practices
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of data privacy and AI security
