AI Engineer [2026 Graduates]

Location: Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta

Requirements

1. A 2026 graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proficient in Python and familiar with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or another mainstream deep learning framework.
3. Good understanding of Linux administration, Docker, cloud computing, server hardware, data center infrastructure, networking fundamentals, and GPU architecture.
4. Able to develop automation scripts using Python, Shell, or Bash.
5. Proficient in English for international communication and technical documentation.
6. Strong interest in AI infrastructure and cloud technologies, with fast learning and problem-solving abilities.
7. Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in multicultural teams.

Job Responsibilities

Infrastructure Operations & Maintenance

• Assist with the daily inspection, basic configuration, operational monitoring, and initial hardware fault diagnosis of compute nodes, servers, and network equipment to ensure stable system operations.

System Deployment & Implementation

• Support the technical team in setting up system environments, conducting software and hardware testing, deploying solutions, and preparing/updating technical documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operation & maintenance logs.

Incident Response & Troubleshooting

• Respond promptly to day-to-day technical issues, document incidents, perform initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and escalate complex issues while collaborating with senior engineers to resolve them.

Cross-Functional Technical Collaboration

• Serve as a technical liaison, working closely with the business development and delivery teams to provide pre-sales technical support, on-site assistance, and day-to-day responses to customer technical inquiries.
