Role: Applied AI Engineer

As one of our first Applied AI Engineers, you'll work directly with enterprise engineering teams to help them adopt AI-powered development workflows. You'll combine strong software engineering fundamentals with consulting and teaching skills, helping customers integrate AI into their day-to-day development processes while building software alongside them.

Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on workshops, technical training, and pair programming sessions with engineering teams.
• Help customers deploy, integrate, and optimize AI development tools within their engineering workflows.
• Build, debug, and automate real-world software alongside customer engineering teams.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI across software development and technical workflows.
• Create reusable enablement content, best practices, and scalable training programs.
• Partner with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to improve adoption, onboarding, and product feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, AI or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience as a Teaching assistant/ Coding Instructor as a MUST have
• 3+ years of software engineering or technical consulting experience with strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
• Experience deploying AI, LLM, or agentic applications into production environments.
• Experience leading technical workshops, onboarding, training, or developer enablement programs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven customer-facing experience, a passion for mentoring engineers, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
