You’ll work at the intersection of research, product, and engineering- building real-world AI capabilities used in production by creative teams.
Responsibilities
- Build AI workflows for visual content using image/video models, LLMs, and agentic systems.
- Design orchestration and context-management layers (brand rules, assets, templates, user intent, constraints).
- Prototype and validate new capabilities through data-driven experiments (metrics, evaluation sets, A/B testing, error analysis).
- Take projects end-to-end from research to production deployment, monitoring, and iteration in cloud environments.
- Work with AI-first development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to accelerate development.
- 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML, Computer Vision, or related R&D roles.
- 1–2 years experience in Generative AI (image/video/diffusion/multimodal).
- Strong Python and software engineering skills, with production-level delivery experience.
- Experience with LLMs and foundation models (APIs, prompt engineering, orchestration, structured outputs, agents).
- Background in Computer Vision / image processing / generative systems.
- Experience designing experiments, evaluation methods, and working with large-scale data pipelines.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Comfortable working independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Experience with AI agents and workflow orchestration.
- Experience with evaluation frameworks for LLMs or multimodal systems.
- Background in product companies (gaming / creative AI / design tools / visual content).
