Senior Generative AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Generative AI Engineer to join innovative team and lead the development of next-generation AI solutions for banking and fintech.

This is a hands-on role combining deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, with significant business impact and direct customer-facing applications.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI, RAG, and Multi-Agent solutions.

Build and optimize RAG pipelines using LLMs, Vector Databases, and Knowledge Graphs.

Develop AI solutions using AWS services, including Bedrock, S3, SageMaker, Lambda, and Step Functions.

Lead POCs and evaluate emerging GenAI technologies.

Integrate AI solutions with existing banking systems using APIs and Microservices.

Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Product Managers.

Implement MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and monitoring practices.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Python development in AI/ML.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services, including Bedrock, SageMaker, S3, Glue, Athena, and Lambda.

Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.

Hands-on experience with RAG and Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.

Strong software engineering skills, including Git, clean code, and unit testing.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
