Summary:

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing end-to-end application pipelines, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. Daily activities may include integrating generative AI models into various projects, working with deep learning architectures, developing neural network solutions, and implementing intelligent systems such as chatbots and image processing tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business needs is also a key part of the role, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in AI-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance existing systems.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on AI and machine learning best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Agentic AI (LangChain / LangGraph/DAG/workflow engines)
• Python (advanced level - performance optimization)
• LangSmith / tracing tools
• ML flow / weights & Biases
• RAG - VectorDB - PG Vector preferred
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
• Strong experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models using Python-based tools and libraries.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services and integrating them into application pipelines.
• Knowledge of deep learning techniques including neural networks and generative AI models.
• Ability to design and implement production-quality AI systems with scalable architecture.
• Experience with chatbot development and image processing applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
