Senior AI Platform Engineer

A global fitness technology company is building next-generation AI-powered platforms that help engineering teams build, ship, understand, and operate software more effectively.

We are seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design and build internal AI systems that improve developer productivity and enable scalable AI-assisted software delivery across the organization.

In this role, you will create reusable platforms, services, APIs, and workflows that help engineering teams adopt AI-powered capabilities without building infrastructure from scratch. You will connect data from software delivery tools, deployment systems, source control platforms, security systems, and engineering workflows to create intelligent automation and actionable insights.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop AI-powered internal platforms and services
• Build Python-based APIs and backend systems on AWS
• Create scalable workflows that support AI-assisted engineering processes
• Develop reusable tooling for code review, change analysis, release support, validation, and remediation
• Integrate data across source control, CI/CD, deployment, security, and engineering systems
• Contribute to agent-based and workflow-driven AI architectures
• Improve platform reliability, observability, scalability, and security

What We're Looking For

• Strong software engineering experience building backend systems and APIs
• Expert-level Python development experience
• Hands-on AWS experience
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered applications and LLM-enabled systems
• Experience designing scalable platform capabilities and shared services
• Understanding of workflow orchestration, state management, approvals, branching, and long-running processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• LangGraph experience
• Agent orchestration or multi-agent system experience
• Familiarity with MCP concepts and AI tooling frameworks
• Experience building internal developer platforms or engineering productivity tools
• Experience integrating with CI/CD, source control, deployment, and security systems
• Exposure to observability tooling and developer experience platforms
