We are looking for an AI Engineer who enjoys building end-to-end AI solutions-from backend services and APIs to intelligent workflows and user-facing experiences.

You’ll work on real production AI systems using modern LLM infrastructure, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and enterprise automation tooling. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on rapid delivery, production quality, and reusable AI components that scale across multiple use cases and clients.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI services and workflows in Python (FastAPI preferred)
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using pgvector and retrieval best practices
• Implement agentic workflows with LangChain/LangGraph
• Integrate AI systems with external APIs, tools, and enterprise workflows
• Build lightweight AI user experiences (chat/task/internal tooling)
• Work with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions
• Add observability, tracing, and evaluation for production AI systems
• Contribute to CI/CD, deployments, testing, and reusable internal AI components

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, AI Engineer, or ML Engineer
• Strong Python engineering skills and API development experience
• Experience with RAG systems and vector search
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
• Experience delivering user-facing AI features
• Comfortable working with REST APIs and production systems
• Familiarity with observability/debugging tools (Langfuse or similar)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio
• Basic frontend/UI skills (React, Chainlit, etc.)
• Experience with n8n or workflow automation tools
• Azure/AKS/Terraform exposure
• Understanding of enterprise automation/RPA concepts
