We placed 2nd in the Norwegian AI Championship 2026, among more than 3100 participants. We’re building a strong team of AI engineers and we’re now looking for more to join us on-site in Oslo.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge tools to solve real problems for our forward-thinking clients.

• A mindset rooted in kindness, empathy, and collaboration, we’re looking for good people who care about others, not just the code.
• Fluency with GenAI methods. Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and MCP is a big plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python. Other object-oriented languages is a plus.
• Experience designing and deploying machine learning models.
• Comfort working in cloud environments.
• Understanding of data management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Ability to translate complex problems into simple solutions with business impact.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or CUDA is a plus.
• Consulting experience is a big plus.
• Relevant education (BS/MS) or you’re proudly self-taught. We care more about your thinking than your diploma
