The Role

Own and scale the backend and AI infrastructure behind an agentic clinical-decision platform, supporting rapid customer onboarding and growth in a production healthcare environment.

Tech stack: Python-centric; infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar); LLM / prompt-engineering and agentic tooling.

Requirements

• Strong Python proficiency (hard requirement)
• Hands-on infrastructure-as-code — Terraform or similar (hard requirement)
• A working understanding of prompt engineering
• An active GitHub contribution history
• Currently employed in an engineering role at an established company
• Available on-site in San Francisco five days a week

• Prior founding or early-startup experience, including founding-team membership
