I'm partnering with an exciting, fast-growing, venture-backed technology company that's using AI to transform a major traditional industry. They're looking for an AI-first Full Stack Engineer who loves building products from scratch and shipping impactful AI features into production.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys high ownership, and wants to work directly with leadership to shape the future of AI-powered products.

What you'll be working on:

✨ Building production-ready AI features from concept to launch

🤖 Developing AI agents, RAG pipelines, and intelligent workflows

💻 Owning the full stack (frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and model integrations)

📊 Creating evaluation frameworks, telemetry, and feedback loops for AI products

🚀 Experimenting with the latest AI technologies and bringing them into real-world applications

What we're looking for:

✔️ 8+ years of software engineering experience

✔️ 3+ years building production full-stack applications

✔️ Strong TypeScript and/or Python experience

✔️ Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models)

✔️ Experience building AI products using agents, RAG, structured outputs, and evaluation frameworks

✔️ Strong product mindset with the ability to balance technical and business decisions

✔️ Bonus points for open-source contributions, side projects, startup experience, or AI products with active users
